“My trip in Israel is one I will always treasure but the most special and spiritual moment was getting baptized as an adult and being thankful and accepting my love and faith for God and Jesus . I am so thankful and grateful for many things in my life the good but also the bad as it makes me who I am. Life is all about learning from your mistakes and doing everything you can to be a better person as no one is perfect. It was the most amazing feeling. Here I am right after the ceremony in my new @michalnegrin dress. Feeling great and cleansed. “
Dear Todd and Rose,
Thank you so very much to the both of you and your 4 amazing children for my baptism yesterday. To say it was life changing, is nothing further from the truth. I am very excited to see how my life will enfold now.
I really want to say, thank you. Thank you for being a pivotal part in my walk with God. I’ve literally waited all my life for yesterday. Most years, my physical being not even realizing I was waiting!
I’m really excited for all God is doing to and through you and your family. And now, for the first time I can remember, I’m excited about my life.
Albert had shared how God had placed in his heart to minister to deaf people as a leader in Hong Kong. He also felt the calling of God on his life and came to Israel. Never before this year has Albert ever had an interest in Israel till now. He shared with me how he believes in the Holy Spirit and has heard the Spirit speaking to him. Albert and I went into the Jordan river. I began to pray for Albert and his decision to be baptized there. After we prayed he was baptized. When Albert came up out of the water he shared with me that his hands were really hot like fire. I shared with Albert that it was the power of the Holy Spirit that had come upon him manifesting in his life. WOW!!! God is so good to show up and bless his children with so many good things.
When I arrived at the baptismal site, I found Albert and Ruth and introduced myself. I began to share some of what TBG does here in Israel and in the US. We went out to the baptismal site and we began to share and pray about what God had been doing in their lives. Ruth shared with me how she felt like something had been missing in her spiritual life after receiving Jesus and didn’t realize what it was at first. Then she found out about the importance of the Holy Spirit, the covenant, and her Hebraic roots. She was so excited to finally find the Vertical relationship operating well because of her direct line of communication with God in the Spirit.
A 36 year old young man shared with me how he had been reading the bible and how John was baptizing in the Jordan river. He knew by the SPIRIT that he needed to get baptized. He also realized that as a child the sprinkling of water was not the same as baptism. So, he purposed in His heart that the Spirit wanted to him to come to Israel to be baptized after considering baptism options in Germany.
Martha and Amy from London, UK were baptized in Israel and they shared with me how the Holy Spirit brought them from London to see specific spots and do specific things that Jesus did. The baptism was one of those items, but they thought at first how impossible to find a pastor and it was just the two of them etc, BUT GOD, knew that this would be the case and by divine appointment we were able to connect. Literally, an hour here or there and the whole thing would not have taken place.
This was such an amazing experience, I am still excited thanks for opening my heart to the Lord this was truly a dream for me and what made it even more special was the fact that my fiance was close to me in this spiritual trip. I want to tell you that you are such a cool person to learn from and I have so much more questions unanswered it’s gonna be so cool to hook up together and chat and have a great time together
Thank you VERY much for being there for me at such a momentous time in my life. Your kindness and prayers really meant a lot to me. I am so happy and relieved to finally have been baptized. And in the Jordan River – a dream come true! I feel very honored to be here in Israel and see first hand where Jesus lived and ministered and performed miracles. It has been such an emotional trip for both Gary and I. And God bless you for being there for people like me who love the Lord and desire to be baptized. What a gift you are helping people to realize! Thank you, thank you!!!
I’ve wanted to be baptised in the Jordan for years, but when I first saw the site on the internet I was a bit dubious. However, the Lord had prepared things and you were just the right person to baptise me; every word you said echoed with my faith, and it was just perfect to have the opportunity to spend the day with you in Jerusalem. That day was the highlight of the whole trip for me. Both Jil and I were really happy to meet you and to me you are a very special person: firstly, because one only gets baptised once really (like marriage, although one can renew ones vows), and because of the way you live by the Spirit. I admire the love you have for Israel. it was important for me to be baptised by someone just like you
Todd Horton has inspired and touched me and my family in a very special way over the past year since he baptised me and my son Brandon at the Yardenit Baptismal site on the River Jordan. He and his wife Rose are wonderful assets to the work of the Lord. They sacrificially work hard for God and, by coming as they have from the U.S. to His Holy Land of Israel, they have steered their lives in a way that could not be more meaningful and fruitful – and therefore pleasing and satisfying to the Lord. My wife, son, daughter and I pray for Todd and Rose in a very special way, that God will help them continue their work for Him; in the short time I was with Todd, his love for the Lord was so radiant
Evan was baptized today in the Jordan River! A divine appointment that brought so much joy to our trip in Israel
Dear Rose, finally i got a break so that i can write to you. I want to say thanks to you and Todd for everything. I must say thanks to God for leading us to you, both you and Todd shall always hold a special place in our heart, it was an unforgettable moment and something i thought i would only dream off. I felt spiritually connected to you and would like to keep in touch. when next we visit i pray we can meet up. Please keep doing the Fathers work and please give our love to Josiah, Abigail, Sarah, Rachel. May God and Jesus bless you all.
Dear Todd and Rose,I want to thank you again, for my memorable baptism. That was an experience I won’t ever forget, and I truly appreciate you being a pivotal part of the process. I’ve shared my baptism with many, many people and told them how terrific both of you are.
I told people how you could feel the presence of the holy spirit in you. It was such a pleasure meeting you both.
I will definitely recommend both of you to anyone who wants to come to Israel to tour or for their baptism, if it is alright with you. Please, be careful with all of the mayhem transpiring over there.
Blessings to you Todd and Rose. May the grace of GOD continue to richly bless and touch your ministry.
